Who we are
We have over 20 years of experience in the pool industry as a retailer. In recent years, many pool owners seem to be looking for professional, fast assistance to solve their pool problems. This was our biggest motivation to create FixMyPool.
What we do
Our mission is not only to support customers with pool problems but also to relieve pool builders. On one hand, customers receive fast and professional assistance; on the other hand, pool builders have access to a simple platform where they can manage and schedule everything.

Lux-Sel was established to distribute salt to private individuals and businesses.
Founding PoolShop Roeselare.
The demand for quality pool products and top-notch advice is greater than ever. Lux-Sel NV is establishing its subsidiary, Poolshop Roeselare.
Opening new location.
After 20 years, Poolshop Roeselare is moving from Delaerestraat to Godshuislaan into a brand-new store equipped with a drive-in and a small pool for demonstrations. A real upgrade!
Acquisition.
Lux-Sel NV and its subsidiary Poolshop Roeselare are being acquired by a group, with a focus on customer service and high-quality products.
Founding Fix My Pool.
Due to the high demand for support in the pool industry, the FixMyPool application was created to establish a platform that relieves both parties.
